Unless otherwise stated, all sessions will be held at SPELD, 298 Portrush Road,
Kensington. You are advised to book early as courses with fewer than 15
enrolments two weeks prior to commencement may be cancelled.
Individual cancellations will attract a 20% fee.
No refund is provided for cancellations within 2 weeks of the relevant workshop.

If a course is closed or filled check the other terms as it may be repeated over the year

Understanding learning Disabilities:
HOW DIFFICULT CAN THIS BE? The F.A.T. City Workshop
For kids with learning disabilities, the classroom can be an intimidating place. In this DVD, Richard Lavoie shows why. He leads a group of parents, educators, psychologists, and children through a series of exercises that cause Frustration, Anxiety and Tension...feelings all too familiar to children with learning difficulties.
The screening will be followed by a ten minute discussion for those who wish to stay.
For anyone looking for an insight into the world of the learning disabled child.
