SPELD (SA) WORKSHOPS

Unless otherwise stated, all sessions will be held at SPELD, 298 Portrush Road,

Kensington. You are advised to book early as courses with fewer than 15

enrolments two weeks prior to commencement may be cancelled.

Individual cancellations will attract a 20% fee.

No refund is provided for cancellations within 2 weeks of the relevant workshop.

If a course is closed or filled check the other terms as it may be repeated over the year

Hands-on (2½ hours) Ref 201012am A practical look at how to introduce the main 42 sounds of English in a student’s first term at school. Includes: lesson plans, programming and assessment; a look at available commercial aids; how to make/download resources; get both continuity and variety into lessons; use computers/IWB to help.
