Registration includes handouts for all lectures and workshops, the professional program, lunch and refreshments.

Cancellations
Notice of cancellation must be received in writing.
Cancellations received prior to April 5, 2007 fee refunded less $40 administration fee.
No refund for cancellations after April 5, 2007.
Substitution
If unable to attend, participants may nominate another person to attend on their behalf.
Please notify the conference convenor by April 18, 2007.

Conference Dinner
The conference dinner will be held in the Crystal Room at the Stamford Plaza, 150 North Terrace, Adelaide, (phone 8461 1111) on Friday night 27 April at 7pm. The dinner consists of a two course meal with drinks available from the bar. Jane Cobb will be the after dinner speaker.
